Food and Feelings Diary

Spend one day recording what you eat at each meal and snack, and what is going on with your mood, stress, and activities at the time you are eating. How did you decide on what to eat? Was it a quick reaction to being in a hurry, or did you plan it in advance? Write down ALL emotions that apply to what you are experiencing while you are eating. The next morning, go back and review this chart, and see if you can detect any patterns.
